1. Institutions and the Accommodation of Rising Powers;

2. Geopolitical Decline and International Institutions;

3. The New Security Agenda of the United Nations;

4. Challenges to Regional Institutional Architecture.

While it is our preference to hold the conference in person, at present, the circumstances created by the COVID-19 pandemic make this difficult. We therefore will tentatively plan to hold the conference online. If circumstances become more permissive, we would seek to hold the conference at a private location in Montreal. With appropriate public health measures in place. A final determination will be made on 1 January 2021, and we would advise to you to wait until this date to make any travel arrangements.
