Costanza Musu is Professor and Director of the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa. Her research focuses on international security, conflict, terrorism financing, and Western foreign policy toward the Middle East. A significant part of her recent work examines the security implications of the illicit trafficking of cultural heritage, including its links to armed conflict, terrorism financing, and organized crime, as well as national and international policy responses to these threats. Her latest book, *Art for War: Heritage Looting, Blood Antiquities, and the International Fight Against Terrorism Financing*, is published by Stanford University Press in 2026.
