Fiacre Thibaut Zoungni is a diplomat by training. After a Masters in diplomacy and conflict resolution at the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium, he obtained a PhD in Political Science at Laval University. He is currently undertaking a postdoctoral internship at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Quebec in Montreal, where he is continuing his research on France's military interventions.
