Louis-Benoit holds a master’s degree in international studies and a master’s degree in international and transnational law. He also completed one year of doctoral studies in political science at the University of Montreal. He has held various positions related to international relations, including an internship at the Réseau d’analyse stratégique, a research assistant role for a project in international law, and a student clinician at the International Criminal and Humanitarian Law Clinic at Laval University. He has also worked at the CDA Institute as a research coordinator and currently works at the Quebec Ministry of Finance. His research interests include lawfare, the economic repercussions of international security issues, and foreign policy.
