Stéphanie Chouinard is a full professor in the Department of Defense Studies at the Canadian Forces College in Toronto. She is also affiliated with Queen’s University (Kingston). She is a Fellow of the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation. Her research focuses on language regimes, minority and Indigenous rights, the relationship between law and politics, Canadian federalism, and rights and policies concerning minorities and languages. Her work has been published in journals such as *Ethnopolitics, the International Journal of Canadian Studies, Revue canadienne de science politique, Francophonies d'Amérique,*and the *Revue d'études constitutionnelles.*
