Anik Dupuis holds an integrated bachelor’s degree in public affairs and international relations from Laval University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in international security at the École supérieure d’études internationales of Laval University. Her essay, directed by Jonathan Paquin, focuses on the dissension among Fives Eyes members over the adoption of Huawei’s 5G.
