Amélie Chalivet (she/her) is a doctoral student in cotutelle at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and at the University of Quebec in Montreal. She is starting her thesis on India’s strategic culture under the supervision of professors Jean-Vincent Holeindre and Justin Massie. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Panthéon-Assas and Sorbonne Universities. Her academic interests include India’s foreign policy, its ties with its neighbors in South Asia and its nuclear deterrence strategy.
