During the interview, Stefanie and Steve discuss her new book: Deploying Feminism, The Role of Gender in NATO Military Operations. Topics include the context of the project idea, the research process, and fieldwork trips leading to the book. Stefanie also explained her previous research and the importance of focusing the book’s research on Women, Peace, and security, trying to convey gender equality as a key element to more stable security outcomes.
