Charline Hutin

Charline Hutin is a French student who speaks four languages and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Euro-Mediterranean Cooperation at Aix-Marseille University. Her academic and international background has centered on issues of defense, international security, crisis management, and military cooperation. She has had the opportunity to study in several countries, including Turkey, Italy, and Canada, allowing her to gain a comparative understanding of strategic, military, and diplomatic environments.

With a particular interest in military issues, European crisis management, and counterterrorism, Charline is now pursuing a military career, with the goal of applying her academic, linguistic, and international skills to serve defense and national security institutions. Her background demonstrates a strong interest in the military environment and a desire to eventually work in an operational and strategic capacity.

Charline also has solid experience in simulation diplomacy, strategic research, and the organization of international events. Notably, she has participated in several prestigious simulations: as a delegate to the military committee at IMNATO in Washington, as chair of the Council in an ICAO simulation, and as an active member of the Simulation of the Council of the European Union (SCUE). Within the SCUE, she held various roles, including organization manager, editor, and eventually editor-in-chief.

She also founded the University of Montreal delegation to the International Model NATO, which she established to promote issues related to defense, collective security, and strategy among students.

Her career path, at the intersection of international experience, diplomacy, and the military, reflects a strong desire to join the defense and security sectors.
