Stéfanie von Hlatky is Canada Research Chair in Gender, Security and the Armed Forces, Associate Professor in the Department of Political Studies at Queen’s University, Director of the Centre for International and Defence Policy (CIDP) and Co-Director of the Network for Strategic Analysis. Justin Massie is a full Professor of Political Science at the Université du Québec à Montréal and co-director of the Network for Strategic Analysis. His research focuses on multinational military interventions, global power transition, paradiplomacy and Canadian foreign and defence policy.
Our guests introduce us to the Network for Strategic Analysis. We discuss the Liberal government’s record on defence and identify its key challenges for this new mandate.
