As Manager of the Strategic Partner Engagement Office – Eastern Canada at the Department of National Defense, I draw on my solid expertise in government relations, strategic partnerships, and advocacy communications to strengthen ties between the Department of National Defense, industry, academia, governments, and communities.

Drawing on experience gained in the Canadian Armed Forces and at the Department of National Defense, I develop engagement strategies that support national priorities in security, resilience, innovation, and capability development. My work involves building bridges between communities of practice to foster dialogue, knowledge sharing, and the mobilization of expertise to inform decision-making.

My professional interests focus on collaborative governance, public-private-academic partnerships, government relations, strategic communication, and the role of stakeholder engagement in strengthening Canada’s security and defense ecosystem. I prioritize an approach based on trust, collaboration, and innovation to develop sustainable networks capable of addressing emerging strategic challenges.
