Fabrice Blais-Savoie holds a Master of International Public Policy from the Balsillie School of International Affairs (Wilfrid Laurier University) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Bishop’s University. He is an analyst with the OECD. He was previously a fellow with the Centre for International Governance Innovation’s (CIGI) Digital Policy Hub and a 2025 Global Affairs Canada International Policy Ideas Challenge winner. He has worked with subnational, national, national, and international governments and institutions to solve practical policy problems spanning education, trade, technology, innovation and security.
