Mathieu Landriault (Ph.D.) is the director of the Observatory on Politics and Security in the Arctic (OPSA). He teaches at the University of Ottawa’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and is an adjunct professor at the École nationale d’administration publique. He is a coordinator at the North American and Arctic Defense and Security Network and a researcher at the Center for International Policy Studies (CÉPI) at the University of Ottawa. His research focuses primarily on hybrid threats in the Arctic, as well as on public opinion and Canadian government policies related to the Arctic.
