Will Greaves is Assistant Professor of International Relations at the University of Victoria. His research examines global security theory and politics with respect to climate change, resource extraction, and Indigenous peoples; Canadian foreign policy and Canada-US relations; and the politics of the circumpolar Arctic. Marianne Grenier is currently in her final year of her Master's degree in Strategic Studies at the University of Calgary. Her principal areas of research are cyber threats to critical infrastructure, nuclear terrorism prevention and international security regimes. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Security and Policing Studies from the University of Montreal. Recipient of the Joseph-Armand Bombardier Master's Scholarship from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) to pursue her research on a comparison of treaties to prevent nuclear terrorism, she is particularly interested in the study of new and evolving security challenges resulting from emerging technologies.
