Fabrice Blais-Savoie is an undergraduate student at Bishop’s university. He is currently in the last year of an honours in international studies and a minor in political studies. He is a student researcher with the Laval university Groupe de recherche en communication politique, student international relations councillor for the Quebec Ministry of Higher Education, and co-organizer for Canadian Undergraduate Security Conference. His security research focuses on the techno-commercial conflict between the United-States of America and China.
