Fabrice Blais-Savoie is a student at the Balsillie School of International Affairs’ Master of International Public Policy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Political Science from Bishop’s University.
He has extensive professional experience in policy making and international relations within the Quebec government, working as both an international affairs advisor for the Ministry of Higher Education and an international trade policy advisor for the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Energy. He is a master’s fellow with the Center for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) Digital Policy Hub, working on data governance and trade.
His research interests sit at the intersection of trade, security, and emerging technologies.
