They discuss her work with humanitarian and development agencies in Afghanistan, Kosovo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Nicaragua, and India, and her journey into the academic world.
Séverine Autesserre talks about her books The Trouble with Congo (2010), Peaceland (2014) and introduces us to her latest work, The Frontlines of Peace: An Insider’s Guide to Changing the World, published by Oxford University Press in March 2021. Based on her research in twelve conflict zones, she explains the importance of a local approach to peacebuilding.
