Camille Laty is a policy officer in the office of the Assistant Deputy Minister (Policy) at the Department of National Defense. She holds a dual master’s degree in political science from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and Sciences Po Grenoble, as well as a bachelor’s degree in international relations and international law from UQAM. Her interests include Canadian foreign and defense policy, security issues, emerging technologies, and diplomacy. She has worked in the press office of the French Embassy in Thailand and in the political section of the European Union Delegation to Canada.
