Émile is a doctoral student and Joseph-Armand Bombardier (CGS-D) Scholar in the Department of Political Studies at Queen’s University, studying International Relations and Security. He has been granted the Desjardins Scholarship, the G.G. Baron Van der Feltz Award for best master’s dissertation in International Relations, and the Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS; twice).
