Pierre-Antoine Mondoloni is a student in European Public Affairs and Policies at the College of Europe in Natolin (Warsaw, Poland), where his research focuses on the Europeanization of the French nuclear deterrent. He graduated in public law from the University of Bordeaux, in history and international relations from Sorbonne University (Paris IV) and Paris II Panthéon-Assas, where his final dissertation focused on France’s foreign legal policy regarding its nuclear deterrent. This work is now part of a doctoral project in public law. His sociological approach to international law has led him to mobilize not only specialized legal expertise but also analytical methods from international relations. Curious and passionate, he was a research assistant at the Center for the Study of International Crises and Conflicts (UCLouvain) between 2022 and 2023, and attended the Centre interdisciplinaire sur les enjeux stratégiques (CIENS) at the École normale supérieure the following year.
