Conference organized jointly by the Institut d’études internationales de Montréal (IEIM), the Réseau d’analyse stratégique and Le Rubicon, as part of the Rendez-vous Gérin-Lajoie. This one-day conference, devoted to security and defence issues, will provide an opportunity to take stock of Canada’s period of historic crisis, when its sovereignty is under direct threat.
