Isabelle Caron is Assistant Professor at the School of Public Administration in Dalhousie University. She is a former senior policy analyst with the Canadian Government. Her research interests include diversity and inclusion, management in public organizations, comparative public administrations, administrative reforms, accountability mechanisms, control in public organizations. She has published in academic journals Administration publique du Canada, Journal of Agricultural Studies, Food Protection Trends.
