For the 27th episode of Conseils de sécurité, Sarah-Myriam and Thomas welcome Jean-Baptiste Jeangène Vilmer, Director of the Institute for Strategic Research (IRSEM) and Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council (Washington, DC).
