The Laboratory on Influence and Communication (Labfluens), the Political Communication and Public Opinion Analysis Laboratory (LACPOP) and the Network for Strategic Analysis (NSA) invite you to the conference on influence communication “Information Warfare: Strategies, Rules and Challenges” by Lieutenant-Colonel Yves Desbiens.

The objective of the conference is to learn more about the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence, disinformation, strategic narratives, new information and communication technologies (bots, trolls, AI, digital training platform), hybrid warfare and more.

When? Tuesday March 15, from 12:30 to 2:00 pm

Lieutenant-Colonel Desbiens is a project manager at the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Social Communication program from UQTR.
